Dr. Jacob Ezell, MD – Mayfield Heights, OH

I am a board-certified anesthesiologist and board-eligible pain management physician who graduated from the Cleveland Clinic Foundation anesthesiology residency in June of 2019. I moved to Southern California and completed a 2 part pain management fellowship with an emphasis on research (diet, inflammation, and the human gut microbiome) and clinical care ultimately graduating from the University of California - San Diego Pain Management Fellowship in July of 2021.

I joined the Pain Management department at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in September of 2021 and am actively seeing patients at both Euclid and Hillcrest hospitals.
